¡Soltar! means to release, let go in Spanish. ¡Soltar! classes aim to empower people to love themselves, within and outside of their bodies, through comradery, words of encouragement and sexy, fierce dance movements to gain self- confidence and self-esteem to conquer the world.
In Class: Let go of the outside world and just be free. Release your worries and find your happiness from within. Get in tune with your body and your spirit with music and dance. Dancing promotes comradery which boosts self-confidence and self-esteem.
