BiographyThe artist, Kiré, took a courageous step away from the corporate world in 1993 to explore his love for the arts. He returned to singing, composing music, and painting. After being encouraged to participate in an art festival in San Diego, Kiré's career as an artist took off. His focus was African culture in which he was very successful as he participated in various shows.
Due to life's challenges, Kiré has not shown his work in 18 years. His remarkable comeback can be witnessed in his exhibit "The Phoenix Rising with Love". It will illustrate his triumph of rising above pain from his relentless search of life, truth and |
love. He now paints what moves him in that given time in space which allows his heart to guide his brushes. With every stroke he bares his soul displaying pain, joy, overcoming, and his passion for love and new beginnings.
Kiré enjoys painting portraits and abstract pieces. He mixes different mediums such as watercolor, acrylic, pastels, pencils and oils on canvas, paper, palm branches, and even rocks. Adding a variety of muses allows for an eclectic portfolio. His art may diversify as his journey continues with enthusiasm and relentless hustle while finding new inspirations.
